Just wanted to quickly note that I updated the PDF so that the book's hyperlinks now work. You can also click on the chapters and sections in the Table of Contents to jump to those respective chapters.

Unfortunately, this current build does not have PDF bookmarks, though not for lack of trying. While Affinity Publisher has a great deal of functionality and I'd recommend it in most cases, its automatic Table of Contents system is something that I'd actively have to wrangle and fight against to make work. It's not a quick fix, so I'm going to save that fight for a later date.
